The rude treatment must be from the cotton on kids.. Such a shame for a well known boutique to have such promoters.. No respect towards elder people.
We were VERY RUDELY TREATED BY YR MALAY STORE ASST ON DUTY yesterday morning of Merdeka.

Customer service is the worst. Cashier guy with curly hair show frustration when cancel one item only. Then keep pressing cancel on your credit card machine like such a difficult thing. Pls shut down
Look for the manager "Melissa" for superb customer service
Inconsistent prices for same clothing and often misleading promotion on certain fashion pieces.
