GREAT, authentic Mexican restaurant . They have an ice cream / popsicle stand on the back patio as well . The margaritas are huge, delicious, and come in a variety of flavors. Very cheap as well .

This place is great. I prefer it to El Bronco next door. Only downsides are that the service can be slow, and they’re stingy with the chips . The salsa , though, is awesome!

Spicy chicken burrito (all the food in general) is amazing, but service is always below sub-par. Takes way to long to get food and drinks are rarely filled.

In the heart of what would be st. Louis' "little Mexico." Probably the best Mexican restaurant STL has to offer. And ice cream !

Fajita chicken burrito for the win. Avoid the veggie one, there aren't many beans on it. Also, be sure to get a pure cane sugar Mexican Coca-Cola!

Stick to the tacos and tortas . Don't venture into anything else. Also, unlike at most Mexican places , don't expect chips y salsa on the table. I still prefer Gardunos a block east.

They've changed their menu to a bland watered down version of what they once had. Do the right thing and go next door to El Bronco .
