Very nice staff . The Pike Place Roast is popular and I never mind waiting if I have to. They seem to remember what I'll likely order. More like a "Mom and Pop" feel than a lot of other Starbucks

IF you want your drink made properly make sure John's there. Otherwise you'll get what resembles a partially made Carmel macchiato when in doubt you ordered a ordered a skinny carmel latte .

They completely redesigned the interior giving a lot more seating! It's great.

The service is great! The coconut frap is nice...but its only around for the summer

Also avoid just after school lets out. 2:30 or so. Just crawling with teeny boppers.

The afternoon team here is so friendly .. I love their customer service

They'll give you free water if you have no money. Most Starbucks do that, but it's still cool. :D

get a cup and watch the people taking the bus to NY, always fun...

No convenient electric outlets , in case you were planning on plugging in your laptop

Mornings before work expect long long lines .

Avoid while BCC HS is on lunch break, around 11:30-12:30.

This is a terrible Starbucks, overcrowded, slow service, and the baristas mess up your drink.

Never too crowded
