So so happy they’ve finally opened up! Beer is great, food pairs well and the space is chill and cozy !

Grimm makes so many great beers . Sours, IPAs , stouts ... you cant go wrong. Joe and Lauren are great people too, you may bump into them here :)

Saison and the today special were tasty. It’s super crowded already on the weekends though, so prepare to wait for a seat

Best brewery . Why? Well , they excel at all styles of beer , the bartenders are nice, the music is good & it has the best ambiance compared to every other brewery in the five boroughs.

I have little to no recollection of what happened there which means that it was a great afternoon!

Colorful, flavorful, and creative brews served fresh. Consider ordering a few half-pints of different styles as a way to sample the menu.

They finally have their own space after pumping out beer via other facilities the past few years. Great interior, friendly staff , varied mix on tap & cans/merch available to go. Food also served here.

Awesome brewery with tons of seating and rotating drafts . Loved all the barrel aged sour beers and saissons.

If you want some munchies you must try the roasted Brussels sprouts and the pulled lam quesadilla . They were delicious. Thank you @samesa

The Icing on The Cake milk stout was delicious. The space was nice as well - plenty of space at the bar

they specialize in sour beers , I think, just like Hudson Valley in Beacon NY although a tad less delectable. try one of those

The brewery cat's name is "Simcoe " and he takes a pet , like, no problem. That's a good cat.

Large space but not large enough for the Saturday crowd. Despite the crowd the bar moves fast so you don’t wait very long.
