Got feast. Loved: own vermouth cocktail , bread butter cocktail . Delicious starters and scallop taco dish. Wasnt a huge fan of carrot steak , the cold minestrone dish, and the dessert . Veal odd texture
We had the tasting menu and it was unbelievably tasty. The combination of ingredients were a little odd at first but when you take a bite of it you'll be in heaven.
Great ambiance and great setting fir sharing between family and friends Mind-Blowing ingredients from the Stone Barns farm . Wine selection could have less french-focused wines but its impressive.
Have been here for the past two years for our anniversary dinner . The farmer's feast is the way to go. Request to sit in the winter garden . It is truly magical and very intimate .
The lovely & intimate atmosphere artfully showcases their ever-changing, farm-fresh menu and is perfect for a special occasion . The Berkshire Pig and Grass Fed Lamb are perfection.
AMAZING. Great for vegetarians , as the options are many with superb ingredients. They showcase their season vegetables in a very simple yet great way. The bread is delicious. It's worth the price!!
One of my favorites among the Michelin star restaurants . Absolutely no disappointments for those who like creatively made dishes with fresh ingredients . Requires a reservation ahead of time.
One of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. You can taste the freshness and rich flavor of the locally grown ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Everything is amazing.
The best meal of my life. Birthday dinner . Knocked socks off with an elaborate 8 courses. The staff was human and they easily accommodated my lovely's veg diet ♥️
Seasonal menu that helped invent farm to table . Watch the Netflix documentary series Chefs Table featuring Dan Barber before you go to appreciate how they approach fine dining .
Farm Fresh, Organic Dining at its finest! Monday & Tuesday you can count on the famed chef Dan Barber being there...his NYC version of the famed Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Westchester.
Most amazing experience ever! Food was perfect, can't describe it, the place is really comfy and don't forget to ask for the bread
Lovely, casual fine dining experience in the West Village . We did the Farmer's tasting menu , and had the wine pairing as well ! Recommend!
Perfect spot for dates. Food is amazing. Best veggies you'll have in NYC. I never liked Brussels sprouts until I had them at Blue Hill - now I'm a fan.
Excellent farm-to-table based food with outstanding service . A special experience - a restaurant where just a turnips on a wooden plate can be an adventure.
One of the best meals I've had in NYC. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared & presented. Amazing!
Sit at the bar and have a cocktail , you may be able to order a few dishes a la carte, get at least 4 and a great glass of vino or two from the list.
Great service and the farmer's tasting menu was phenomenal! The no picture taking policy is loosely enforced.
You're going to spend a lot of money, so get over it quickly. The morning farm egg is outrageous. It's part of the tasting menu , and DEFINITELY do the tasting menu with the wine pairings .
While the decor is subdued, Dan Barber 's farm-to-table cuisine is dazzling. Beautiful, bright flavors and incredibly fresh produce . We loved the butter-like sockeye salmon ($36). Read more

Supplied by their farm a few hours north of Manhattan , Blue Hill in the West Village serves fresh, seasonal veggies at the peak of their deliciousness. Splurge on the vegetarian Farmer's Feast.
Best meal I've had in New York. Prix fixe was grand but don't feel obligated to get it if items on the second menu look better--you won't be disappointed.
$98 for an incredible farmer's feast. Don't miss out on Dan Barber 's finest.

How can you not support an elegant restaurant that serves food from its own farm in upstate New York? It just doesn’t get any fresher than that. I love that you can get a simple egg dish on the dinner
One of the best dinners of my life. Try the farmer's feast. They serve amazing coffee , as well .
The dishes are simple, good tasting. Would be great to see a bit more creativity in the dishes since its hard not to compare to the other blue hill
Amazing atmosphere, service, and food. Get the pork you won't regret it. Brussel sprouts were good but nothing to write home about. Good side regardless
Farmers feast is worth every penny. Delicious food, fantastic and fun presentation.
The menu changes daily, but if by chance you spot the parsnips , cut and cooked to look and taste like risotto…well…get them while you can.
Delicious and refreshingly light food. While the tasting menu is large enough to send you away plenty stuffed and satisfied.
One of the best meals I've ever had. Went here to celebrate a mini marriage milestone.
Blue Hill restaurant prepares delicious seasonal meals using local ingredients . Some ingredients even come from their own Blue Hill Farm in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
Locally sourced menu, everything is amazingly fresh and tasty. The service was outstanding as well .
It doesn’t get any fresher than the farm-to-table dishes here. Don’t think twice—get the tasting menu . Well worth the investment. Have their wine-pairing expert help with drinks.
If parties are willing get the farmer's feast and the regular tasting menu . It's a great way to share the experience.
Enjoyed it but was expecting more. Stick to the standard farmer’s feast, extended was too much food. Highlights: starters, pig , and carrot steak . Scallop with pork belly was interesting
One of my favorite places in the city . Stones barns near Tarrytown is a must also. Beautiful out there.
At Blue Hill NYC, you can get a taste of the farmstead experience without leaving Manhattan .
Incredible dining experience, I can't recommend this place enough! Not cheap but the price tag is very well-worth the quality meal and amount of dishes served.
Amazing food, service and price. One of the best tasting menu experiences in NYC.
Amazing food, knowledgeable and fun staff and a lovely space. Couldn't recommend more
It’s all local here, from veggie sliders and house-made charcuterie to roasted Brussels sprouts and braised hake . – Green Guide Editor
Here you can find meat served from the best local purveyors and perfect vegetables from the Chef’s own patch of fertile soil. It takes you way beyond farm - friendly and directly to the farm .

Excellent food and service. The tasting menu and wine pairing is delicious.
Sit at the bar on Friday nights - Allison or Peter will be tending the bar . Give them total control of what you eat and drink (outside of major dislikes). Amazing.
I recommend dropping in and sitting at the bar . The bartender will pour you samples of all sorts of things and really guide you to the best dishes being prepared that night.
A separate tavern and dining room can accommodate any occasion. Diners in the latter area can choose the excellent Seasonal Tasting Menu, six courses of utter perfection. - Lori Luo
Classic restaurant with dark woods and taxidermy lodge vibes. They have a great cocktail program with modern American fare. They offer private dining options and have a 2nd floor bar, Banzarbar. - Kidhack
Beautiful, European style park. Occasional live music and outdoor chess makes it a hit. - Gajtana Simonovska
Great date spot. Dim lighting, relaxed atmosphere, fairly priced vino. - Joy Sykes
One of my favorite brunch go-to. Try the Black Kale Salad! Also great soda bread. I never know why this place is not more crowded for brunch. Great food and $5 cocktails! - Mitu Khandaker
