Go up the ramp next to the visitor center, there is an elevator that takes you up to front entrance of the hyatt hotel . Makes it easier to get down & back up to & from river st if u have a stroller.

This is a ONE WAY street. Enter the parking lots through the 1st entrance and exit through the 2nd. Try straddling your tires on the trolly tracks for a less bumpy ride.

Not very wheelchair friendly area. If you are in one, elevator down to street is small and shops impossible to get in.
Never any problems other than too long of a line in the to go aisle!, always cold and right in the middle for a refill.

Bathroom has no lock so people walk in on you. Don't get the dogs. If you get the wings, ask for extra sauce...they're dry.
