The vanilla iced latte tasted like dirt water. The classic bagel sandwich was good but I'm still disappointed with my damn latte !

They don't get that hot coffee is supposed to be HOT! It's consistently warm.
This location is always rude and crappy. Second time here. Will not be back at this location for sure! =(
