If you're Star Alliance Gold and on a Star Alliance flight, use the ANA lounge instead of the United's. Great food, clean , less crowded .

The United Club has free showers if you have access to the club space. Really refreshing while waiting for your connecting flight! Very clean and toiletries are provided!

Free booze and ok showers , but I would skip this lounge and head to either of the ANA lounges . The food and drinks are much better there. The UC also gets insanely busy at times due to stacked flights

A crash of two cultures, Japanese and American, very looks like a film scene with easy going and rule lacking American surrounded with self composed Japanese!!! BTW food suck and super lack of seats!

For SAS traveller it's a good choice for you can from lounge often see when boarding starting. For food and drink choice ANA lounge .

All Star Alliance can use United Club. Mornings here are empty - no United flights. Since ANA Club is so busy - use this club in the morning

Great variety of delicious food! Spacious and elegant lighting. I prefer here than Ana lounge .

Spacious but filled even on a Wednesday. Two buffet areas with cold udon and some rolls. Beer on tap and tea from the soda dispenser.

ANA Lounge down the way is much nicer. If you have access here you have access there. Only reason not to make the walk is if you have a tight connection to another United flight from a low 30s gate.

If you have a Star Alliance pass, skip this lounge and go straight to the ANA's one on the other side of the terminal. The soba bar alone is well worth the hike .

Free shower , food, drinks (including hard liquor ) and wi-fi, plus one of the best inventions ever - an automatic beer pourer, with the perfect amount of head!

By far not as comfortable as JAL‘s Sakura Lounge . Little choice for food and drinks. The restrooms weren‘t as clean and tidy as you should expect.

The automatic beer machines are awesome and there is a slightly better food spread than usual here, but this lounge needs a major refurbishment.

A good example of a United Lounge which deserves a makeover. Plenty of space and free wine / beer / liquor , but that's about it.

if you have time, try the ANA lounge at the other end of south wing instead. nicer ambience and better food!

Go somewhere else. ANA lounges for example. United Club is a big space with lots of seats but that's about it - food/drink options are scarce, the whole place looks bland.

Convenient location for Gate 31 (right next to it), very spacey, a less busy, but the food selection is poor. Choose this lounge if you'd like to just chill , work on PC and relax.

If you're Star Alliance Gold , check out the ANA lounge instead. More relaxing, better food.

There are two Star Alliance Lounges for United Passengers. The ANA Lounge in the main departure hall and the United Lounge near Gate 31. Both are nice but distinctly different. ANA has a free Saki bar

Let me join the chorus of folks telling you to go to the ANA lounge instead if you have the time before your flight.

As everyone has said the beer machines are the best. Plus the tiny sandwiches with no crust are great as well best RCC in the world. @unitedairlines

the nicest United club I've been to. and they have a beer robot !

Lots of light if you sit in the room with all the windows, but some of the furniture is very worn and the carpet is coming up. Can't seem to find the cheese and crackers ...

If you're gold, check out the ANA lounge instead, much nicer and way better food

This lounge is a joke - even if it's close to the departure gate for Scandinavian airlines , go to the ANA lounge instead which is at least one class higher in terms of food and service.

Knew I was getting closer to home after a week in China - overweight Americans talking loudly and dropping F bombs. I had forgotten how annoying 'we' can be.

Dated and a bit disappointing. But hey, it’s still a lounge ! Some comfortable seating , too.

If its too crowded - go find the free google wifi for faster internet access and go wait at your gate. Faster downloads and quieter .

This place is a dump compared to the ANA lounge down the hall. If you're star alliance gold I'd make the trek outta here

I like this club. Definitely better than any club in the states .

Grooved tiles were not the best choice for when people walk in with luggage.

Enjoy the output of the perfect pour beer machine. The Malts dark by the showers is the best.

Usually enjoy this lounge . Sapporo beer machine is pretty cool.

Another Bad Unuted Club, so crowded and cramped. ANA is much better. United doesnt care, so food options are limited. Saw only one good United Club in Hong Kong, otherwise go to Star Alliance lounges .

This lounge is terrible by Asia standards. But it's better than the terminal and the chicken sushi is edible. Beer pouring robot is the main highlight.

If you're thinking about doing a #2, go elsewhere. These toilets see more asses than any other bathroom in the airport . Find a bathroom in a less-travelled corner of Narita and do your business there.

This is very nice. It should be their template for all United Club facilities worldwide but it's (unfortunately) not.

Ana lounge is newer. More choices. But a lot busier and really far if your gate is around 30 to 35
