سيء جدا كتعامل وخدمة في وقت التشيك ان تاخذ وقت لان غالبا مافي الا موظف واحد وصار حدث من احد الموظفين وكان موقف وتعامل سيء لدرجة الصراخ على السائح وللاسف ما تم التعامل معه بشكل صحيح ولا حتى تعويض.
