Nice Hotel and location is great for Kowloon. I've stayed here many time and service is certainly going downhill. Will reconsider next time around. Lots of options in HK.

It's my 2nd time to visit HK and booked the same Sheraton hotel . Perfect location near to harbor and Mtr stations, shopping plus the quality of the service.

This Sheraton's envied location, alone makes it one of my favorite hotels to stay while on the Kawloon side. Exceptional harbour view from the 'Wine and Oyster' bar . Get there early.

Quintessential Sheraton with views of the iconic Hong Kong skyline. However, it's definitely a bit dated, and Tsim Sha Tsui works for some but not others.

Excellent location, convenient to MTR, Star ferry , Airport Express. Surrounded by all types of great restaurants . Very good staff snd service..

Go up to the Sky Lounge ~7:30 to get a good window seat for the Harbor Light show. They also play the music that is synced with the light show.

Rooms are tiny and they nickel and dime for everything, even a kids roll away bed. The best part about the hotel is its central location in Kowloon

Hotel is a little bit old but the view is terrific. You can check the whole victoria harbor . The location of hotel is quite convenient. Nearby the subway.

No Green Choice available at this property, but the free breakfast in the 2nd floor cafe for SPG Platinum members is a nice touch.

Their concierge was helping us to book a taxi , and he tried to distinguish and avoid those drivers who love to rip tourists off. This is after all a pleasant experience with the hotel 's service.

Great views towards Victoria Harbour and Hongkong Island . However, had to ask for a room that does not smell of cigarette smoke. Try the bar on the top floor!

Great location. For custom clothes to to Danny's Tailor across the Street and ask for Singh. For glasses go to Classy Optical 1 block away and ask for Eric.

Tiny rooms. You get charged a lot for an extra bed. Nickel and dime you for every thing. Food and drinks are pricey

Rude staff , rooms that smell like sewers, impersonal service, and no access for Platinums to what other Sheratons call the Club lounge . Stay elsewhere (this after staying here >70 nights)

Ask for Bay view room and make sure to hit the soak tubs on top floor!

Opens at 9 am but closes too early!!!! (10pm). Walk-ins are nearly impossible, as advance reservation is required...

Location is great but the hotel is a bit dated. Needs a refurb to match the standards of other local hotels .

Exit L1 from the MTR gets you directly across from the hotel 's entrance

only Towers is worth the money, but still for the price you can find much better places like Luxe Manor, The Fleming etc. or Island hotels

Perfect View

Free use of gym , sauna , and heated outdoor pool . Sauna is tiny though.

Rooms smell like smoke (with plastic bag covered smoke alarms!) and desperately need a remodel. Front desk couldn't make it right despite SPG Platinum status.
