Easily the worst @vzwsupport store in existence. Got a Q10 here and it never activated. Store messed up so bad 611 couldn't fix it.
This store is wack. They lost my sim card and kept telling me to wait another day for different associates to see if they seen my card. Its been 2 weeks now and no one has hit me back. Fuck this store
