Je recommande le foie gras de canard mi-cuit & au torchon avec son pain de campagne grillé et le filet de bœuf de Salers avec sa pomme purée au persil . Mention spéciale au service attentionné!
Une boutique qui exploite sa notoriété pour faire de la restauration avec tout les risques que cela comporte. Et pis SURPRISE ! Cest bon. Le plat conseillé: la lotte avec foie gras poilé et truffe .
Le + intello chic : Habillé par Piero Fornasetti, ce concept-store est la cantoche des rédactrices de Vogue qui ont leurs bureaux à deux pas.
