Firstly, I will say that I do love the intercontinental hotels and I was upgraded to a suite, which was great, however I was left disappointed after this visit. The room seemed unprepared for guests!

This hotel is old and tired. Water pressure is non existent. Phone didn’t work. Buffet food is bland. Needs a big renovation. Staff is great though.
