Rosemarie is the BEST bartender . I love the 4-6:30 happy hour ; $4 for a glass of wine is fantastic!
The food is great, nice cozy ambiance . Go for the lunch special : 2 crepes , soup or salad and a dessert for $12. I had the seafood crepe and the veggie . Both are good.
French tapas : foie gras , crab cakes , then 3 flavors of creme brûlée = amazinggg
