The food was great. Chicken parm sandwich , spinach & chicken salad , burger were all enjoyed. Broccoli & cheese soup was a hit, and of course the spinach dip app. Great menu, felt spoiled for choice!
I would make reservations for a Saturday night. The wait was about 1.5 hours.
First it took 15 minutes for my sons apple juice to come to the table, then another 20 minutes for our food, which came out wrong. The service brutal, and the food was not great. Never coming back.
Went for dinner and they completely screwed up our order and they didn't seem to care! Stay away from Kelsey's in Oshawa
Spinach dip . It will make you complete.

Terrible service, took 15 minutes for an apple juice then our food came out wrong. Service was brutal, and the food was not restaurant quality. I'm never coming back here.
