Aestheticians and stylists are amazing!
Just be careful of the stylist you are allocated. I got one 'director' level who had no absolute idea of what he was doing and ended up butchering my long hair to a long bob. Disgrace.
Great staff . Perfect service. Multiple locations in London now as well .
Worst customer treatment today. Never been treated so badly in my life! Also, lack of pricing transparency. Be wary.
