This place gets packed around lunch time. Deli side normally has much shorter line . The portion is big enough for two.

The inside decor is so much nicer than the drive thru looks. The cake shake is awesome!

Today was the last straw for me. My order was missing the jumbo chili cheese dog . Prior to tonight, we've had 4 or 5 occasions where items were missing and we never complained. Never again. Bubye.

You can't go wrong here. Mr. Portillo's franchise is Chicago's favorite!!! :)

2nd bad to go experience. Shorted me again. Luckily I caught it. Worse, I ordered a hot dog w/everything, no relish . It came with ketchup only & 3 pickle spears. Huh??? I suggest Gemato's instead.
