Impressive exhibition , made with great attention to detail. Countless models, amazing scenery, changing time of day, moving stuff, a lot of hidden little things. Oh, breathtaking. Must see in Hamburg.
Very crowded place but it worth to be visited. Half-day attraction , because it takes a lot of time to explore every little detail on exposition wading through hundreds of people.
Everything is good here! Paradise for everybody regardless of your age. The attention to details in the creation of the "mini-worlds" here are just amazing! You can easily spend half a day here.
So much dedication and love for details. They even simulate night and day! Always check their special opening times, come in late and buy tickets in advance. Spare yourself from long lines !
So much to recommend: Take your time and watch the free floating ships in Scandinavia, the approaching and starting airplane at Knuffingen airport , the volcano and the Switzerland area overall :-).
Amazing, amazing exhibition . You can literally spend hours and hours at end just admiring the little details. Everything from Venice, Switzerland , Hamburg recreated in incredible details.
It is fascinating: trains , cars, landscapes of different countries , houses, churches , places. I like the ships in real water, the snow, the airport , the volcano , and the tiny scenes - all in 1:87
The work done here is a masterpiece. You can not imagine how wonderful this land is untill you yourself come and visit! It is strongly recommended even for very short trips to Hamburg.
The Miniatur Wunderland is by now a must-see in Hamburg. Nerds will love the technology and the detailed trains & vehicles and the art lovers will love the richness of details & the hidden scenes
Order your ticket with predefined entry time online to avoid the queue. And don‘t rush. Allow yourself at least 2-3h to discover all the fun miniature details.
Very nice experience, def worth to visit although if you are traveling for more than two days in Hamburg. Might spend too much time than estimated! There is lots to explore. Ticket price reasonable!
Wonderful place, highly recommended for all ages, you can spend hours exploring stuff. Check website for different daily hours. Better to book online, we had 10% disc for visiting after 7pm
Amazing museum ! Could easily spend an entire day here. Take a look at the world’s biggest “miniature” railway. The airport was most amusing for my toddler.
The airport is amazing, the aeroplanes land, go to gates and then take off again! Take pictures at the miniatures level to give the impression you are inside!
Come early (9 am if you can, it gets really crowded really quickly), try to make time for 3 hours, and take your best camera to get good pictures of all those details even in the farthest corners.
One of the best things I’ve ever seen in my life! I would suggest having at least three hours to spend here (we had two hours and it wasn’t enough).
Special "night in wunderland" tickets available for entry after 19:15 - reservation needed, slightly more expensive but totally worth as it's way less crowded . Also enjoy a few looks behind the cenes!
A must visit for any tourist to Hamburg. They've splurged €3.5mil building the new airport and it's absolutely mindblowingly good!
You have to visit there. There are so much details to see. Don't forget, 2-3 hours are not enough to discover this amazing place.
Great for all ages, highlight is the fully functional model airport . Free fountain soda in comfortable waiting area. Book early if possible to avoid queueing.
Amazing place that brings back your childhood. Definitely worth the admission. Must-see when visiting Hamburg
Absolutely incredible! Book in advance to avoid waiting...the attention to detail is spectacular!
Make reservations or you'll be waiting about 30 -45 minutes to get in. Once we got in, it was very nice. The biggest attraction is the replica of Frankfurt International Airport .
One of the best museums I have visited in my life! Its a must see if you visit Hamburg
Great for kids and adults. Highly recommended
Nice plays for people of every age! It grows and grows and is defenetly a must visit if you have a few days in Hamburg

This is an amazing place not only for miniature train lovers! Care for the detail and authenticity of the constructions keep the mouthes open of children and grown-ups of all ages.
Great place. Obviously you need more than hour for seeing all the mini-cities
Brilliant exposition . The airport is spectacular. This is a must-see attraction . We drove 350 km to see this.
Even for people who do not fancy model railroads will stand there with an open mouth. How the ... did they do all of this? They have become one of the top tourist attractions in Hamburg.
The detail in the buildings and the level of control of the trains and traffic is just mesmerising.
This place is amazing. There is a section for Scandinavian visitors.
This is a must see attraction . Planes take off and land. Days turn into night.
You can buy a ticket online for a set time - and they get cheaper the later in the day you go!
The sets go from day to night and have moving planes , trains & automobiles, including a water scene for the Scandinavian lands. Hamburg was very cool, and also there are the Alps:-)
EXAGERATED amount of details! You are not ready for this until you go by yourself, totally recommended.
Suprisingly interesting. Uncountable details and witty scenes. Could spend days. Visit at night, much less crowded .
A must go museum , pay attention to details and enjoy every part of it
Absolutely wonderful. You must visit MW. Amazing how they created a so small world.
Definitely one of the more unique experiences... but it’s so impressive how the whole thing works. Guaranteed to bring out anyone’s inner kid.
Make sure you allow plenty of time and book in advance because it can get very busy.
An absolute must see. I've spent 5 hours over there and still haven't seen everything. Buy a few magnets to support them.
Wonderful museum with cheap and tasty cafeteria and impressed little cities .
Splendid work! They think down to the last detail... perfect!
Great place, where you can spend, maybe, the whole day, watching all the details of of this big small world
Very meticulous work on the upper floor. Some funny hidden details.
Excellent theme park . Really amazing thing they have running. Also the behind the scenes tour is very interesting.
Really loved it! The attention to details are amazing. Get there early to avoid the crowds
Amazing museum ! Impressive! Recommend to see. Very disappointed that there was not a single explanation written in English, only German
