Resortish, but location is hard to beat. Close to beach , easy parking , supermarket close by, etc.
The edge of the carpet gets wet about a foot from the outside wall. Better to stay on 2nd floor to avoid mildew smell!!
Best coconut shrimp at the shrimp station in Kappa ! Just minutes from here. There's also Safeway and Starbucks there.
