Overall not good customer service at this location.

I often feel that if someone opened "ULTRA Cosmetics " this place would quickly go out of business.

Don't bother with the salon. They micro charge you for everything. I was charged an extra $10 for having long hair, and it is only to my shoulders. I won't be back.

Busy and a bit too unorganized.

Worst customer service ever. Sales associate left me standing at register.
