Since renovation, it's a great place to workout. You can't go wrong. It's very popular. Lots of machines, weights, TRX setups, etc.
While it does eem crowded this time of year soon the new year resolutioners will be gone and the new gym down on Plain street will be open so hang in there..great classes and staff !

Why close at 9 and 10 during the week? When Saturday closes at 6? Huh...... Sunday I can understand but Saturday doesn't make any sense!
If I get sick I'm suing best fitness for not cleaning the steam room ; when I was in the steam room someone admitted to having contagious disease, I told desk person but they said not his problem
