All the same. The service level is equally bad at every Best Buy.
Dean is the man. Helped me out and got me what I needed at QuickTime as possible. I wasn't even in his dept. I'll be back to spend more money because of his customer service.
If you know what you want and favor instant gratification, order online and use in-store pickup instead of waiting for an associate to help you.
We mentioned that we thought we'd seen a product for less at Wal-Mart and our associate looked up Wal-Mart's price and matched it!
