Bastion looks like castle from fairytale&it offers breathtaking view of Budapest.There're playing gypsy musicians over the square,which gives place unique atmosphere.There's church&old houses around.

Beautiful views of the Danube & Parliament here. Come at least 30 minutes before sunset if you want a spot to watch the city lights come up. No need to pay for the view - bottom tier is free & same.

Beautiful monument , I didn t like the fact that you have to pay for everything. Fisherman’s bastion, the church and the tower have different tickets. Other than this it s beautiful.

Awesome views of the City . No need to pay for the "panoramic view ". Walk all the way up to the tower and you find a place to but water, sit on the table and enjoy the view .

Head to the entrance across from the Hilton. We got upstairs for €1 and it has an amazing panoramic view . I'd still recommend it even if you have also done the citadel.

One of my favorite places in Budapest! Head over there on the end of the afternoon and take your time (maybe in the restaurant there) until the sunset . The city by night is also stunning.

In the night the view is amazing, especially from the top (which is free in the night) Budapest looks amazing with night lights. But it's windy, you might get cold.

For me, the most amazing place in Budapest. You'll feel yourself in one of middle times castles . Amazing ambiance and sceen! If you wont see, you will lose so many things!

If you're looking to take that perfect insta worthy shot, definitely come early before the masses storm this place. Bathroom is €1. You needn't pay extra for the roped off €1 view .

Quite a busy tourist spot that provides great views of the Danube river as well as Pest. For an unobstructed view of the Parliament, get to the far end of the Bastion, that corners the Hilton Hotel .

You can take your photo with a falconer and see the whole city from this "mountain ." Head into the residential area afterwards for lunch .

The admission fee for the top level seemed to have been suspended when I went in November 2014. Even if you have to pay though, it's probably worth it, for the views and the architecture .

Possibly the first sight that you want to visit in Budapest. Great views and an awesome climb from Clark Adam Tér. You can take bus 16 to reach here. Going on the first level will cost you.

Nice views . We visited before 9am and no tickets were needed. Even with tickets only half is open for walking - the other half is comprised of a museum and a cafe .

You can pay to go to the top level or stay on the ground level for free! While looking at the cafe go to the left. There is a small opening where you can get to a ledge to overlook the city for free!

This is cool and a nice view , but I think the existence of Disneyland kind of ruins it for me. It's kind of like real life Disneyland castles .

If you have less than 1h to visit while passing through Budapest, I would recomment to spend it here. There's parking just in front of this place, it's less than 2€ per hour.
