Customer service is hit or miss but mostly very good for the most part. Pretty knowledgebable and definitely a great help for finding things which can be tricky.
If you need anything, ask for Bob at customer service. Tell him Andrea sent you. For kitchen magic, your man is Paul! This store has best service ever!
