Great place to spend time with cosy inner court, vast variety of art from idyllic 19th century landscapes to very-very modern art , and lots of picturesque perspectives to post on instagram

The Lenbachhaus owns more than 1,000 works of "Der Blau Reiter ". This is comparable to the exhibitions at Centre Pompidou and Guggenheim. Especially Kandinsky fans will get their money's worth.

Very nice museum w great collection of Blue Rider artists . Wish there was more attention paid to displaying Lenbach’s paintings . They are in his villa , nice, but badly lit; no postcards of them????

Recently reopened in 2013. Excellent contemporary art collection .

Wow. What an amazing building!

Oh!! We love this place!!

Boring opening - too many people invited, no food for vegetarians (like me). Rooms of the new (woolworthlike) building too small.

Actually I have just been at the Cafeteria , but at least this is great :-) I plan to go the responding Gallery soon, heard a lot of good things about it!

Ein sehr schönes harmonisches Haus und „Blauer Reiter“ - Ausstellung sehr schön !

Gelungene Neueröffnung des Lenbachhauses. Bei 20 EUR ist die Jahreskarte zu empfehlen, sofern man innerhalb eines Jahres mehr als einmal ins Museum will.

Unbedingt während der Woche und nicht am Wochenende hingehen! Dann ist der Andrang niedriger.

Wunderschön! Eine sehr gelungene Ausstellung !

Am besten gleich die Jahreskarte kaufen – kostet nur 20 Euro und man hat ein ganzes Jahr Zeit, auch mal kurz reinzuschauen.
