Awesome Happy Hour !! From 4-6PM Mon-Fri at the bar . $5 appetizers and drinks. And the bar is a very nice size! Asked to be seated in the area when you arrive. enjoy!

Pretty friendly staff but definitely busy so sometimes got to wait a bit for server to return. Food is excellent! Come before six pm and you'll be a lot of the crowds.

Good appetizers and mojitos but you definitely go over your calories if you are trying to be on a proper diet

The breaded catfish is tasty and they have quality chicken nuggets for the children.

The people who welcome you are not very welcoming. But the waitstaff are always very nice.

Have been her a few times very consistent ....they have upped their game.

Sunday service is a mess! The staff needs get in earlier and the wait staff should be able to do simple things like get cream cheese , butter on their own and not put in a ticket for it. Annoying.

Treated unfairly.Went there with a small group w/masks and were told to wait outside.We get it. But yet they seated a woman who refused to wear a mask after she spoke to the manager. SMH.

I like the Cheesecake Factory however this one is the worst one to ever go to. The service is horrible and there is always a wait even when the place is empty.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Great food

First of all I was highly disappointed, service was horrible, food was not good, proper cleaning of tables n floors was unsatisfactory, i had bread by my table on the the floor from another table.

This CF, in particular, is a zoo . The front counter is poorly placed, it takes 20+ minutes just to check in (at 5PM - with a 90 min wait!). And how do you run out of mainstay items like salmon at 7PM?
