Love this place. Great for gifts and they have some gems in the clearance sections.
The staff can find anything. Book wise they are amazing but I've compared their Nook to the Amazon Paperwhite and I think the Paperwhite is much better.
Know exactly what you're looking for, or no one wants to put the effort in to help you, also seemed to be out of a lot of books .
