Always packed when I go in the evening, however, I've started going right after work now and it's been much better. Lots of machines to workout in and decent movies being played in the cardio room .
Rerack your weights!!!Also, you’re not cool when you drop your weights.Nobody is looking because they’re like WoW I wish I was them.NO, they’re looking @ you because they are thinking wow what a tool.
Its close by my place, good equipment and i love that it has a womens workout part thats separate for those of us that dont like being out on the main floor
