It is the most luxury gym in Riyadh . I loved the fact that they opened from 6:00 am ...all the coaches professional and lovely ,, clean sauna and steam rooms ,,,perfect choice to start your day.

Only in this gym you'll find a pro, lovely and friendly fitness instructors !!! Despite any distinguishes!! Here everyone is equal!! The love and encouragement are in the air???? the staff are friendly ????

The only place where you find 99% of the coaches are Saudi ????????????. Big love to Mrwa, Reham, Madawi, Sultana, Asma, Dalal and Afaf ????.

Very very nice place, professional staff very polite very helpful ❤️ clean .. sometimes it gets crowded ???? but overall I guess it's the best gym in Riyadh

This gym has LesMills classes : Bodypump, Bodycombat, Bodybalance and Bodyvive ????????❤️. There are a lot types of Zumba too ????????. And different TotalBody classes ????.

أجمل مركز رياضي نسائي مرّ علي، من أجهزة إلى النظافة إلى المدرّب ات الرهيبات والاستقبال اللي مافي مثله، يفتحون النفس للرياضة رغم غلاء الأسعار شوي.. لكن ماتتحسف الوحدة عليه ❤????

يفتح من ٦ الصباح ل ١١ الليل???? صالة الحديد والاجهزة رهيبة.. جربت كمان crossfit class وكان حلو وفيه تحدي ????????????????
