Steak 'n Shake

The burgers here really are delicious and the staff is very friendly .

Ok, so reading these tips as I eat...but I was greeted, seated, and served perfectly. I'm glad I decided to come here before reading the reviews, right? Two thumbs up.

Bryant is the best we've had anywhere in a LONG time.

Seems like it is more expensive every time I come here. I do love chilli Mac n cheese fries tho. My comfort food :-)

I think any of the 2 girls and the dude from Courtesy Diner could run circles around this staff of 9.

Came here few weeks ago and dined in. Great service. Today... Drive thru was TERRIBLE! Took 25 minutes AND got my order wrong! >:-/

Worst one ever & I LOVE Steak 'n Shake but this one sucks. You Order food. They have you sit at speaker while they fix it. Acting like there getting your total! They can only handle 1 car at a time!

I don't know what everyones problem with the wait staff is, but our waitress was great.

Ask for Jackie to be your waitress on 3rd shift. She's awesome!

God awful. Must be run by drunk toddlers. As we pulled up to the drive through a rat scurried in front of us. Order was completely wrong. As usual. Every time. Shut this hellhole down.

Get the frisco melt , if you don't, then it's your loss!

Half chocolate half banana shake is amazing!

Nothing. Don't eat here. The management has no concern for properly staffing their restaurant and I regret encouraging their irresponsible choices. Shame on you!

Don't expect to get what you pay for

Waitress was great. Manager was lucky we didn't dine and dash on him.

Be careful in the drive-thru at night. People waiting for the but will hassle you for money.

Service sucks. The manager has to be stupid to put people that can't even run a drive thru in drive thru . Seriously it isn't rocket science to work here, did it easily and made good money.

No matter what time of day you go here, the service is always slow and the staff seems to be high on drugs.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. The service has gotten so bad. The food quality is not the best and it comes out cold. Manager is clueless about the. Wait staff 's ability!

The restroom was nasty. Somebody need their butt kicked 4 not flushing the toilet . Looks real bad on steak n shake becuz their suppose to be checked regularly.
