Friendly staff . It can get busy around 9 am but I normally get in and out in less than five minutes.

Make sure you only park in an appropriate stall & don't stay more than an hour. They check & chalk tires in this small lot.

Try a half-sweet green tea latte , they're great

Wifi is a bit finicky. But I've had problems at the location in Brentwood as well . Regardless, a decent spot, if you can get parking .

Parking is plenty in the semi underground parking access from Rosser Ave.

Walk in if possible, minimal parking but usually a good place to relax .

I prefer this location over the two in Brentwood as there is more room inside

Every other time i go they tell me theyre out of an ingredient and i end up walking over to the mall

This one is often out of drink ingredients!
