Gold's Gym

lady's branch has no swimming pool !!! i wish you guys consider the fact that women have limited choices when it comes to swimming pools in Jeddah... darn it!!! :(

Just a suggestion for golds gym ... it's freazing in the locker/shower rooms, maybe turn down the AC a bit. Other than that it's a great gym .

Everything is great, except the fact that there's no swimming pool in the gym :( !

Excellent gym

This gym is not upto Gold's gyms international standard. Too many cardio equipments, not enough weights equipment, machines that dont work and arent fixed. Only 3 shower rooms and torn towels. Sad...

My second point ,, the man responsible of fixing the classes schedule keep classes that no much attendees on it like the TRX which reach to 9 classes a week !!!

There is Nothing great , Except the price for student :) . What ever you hear about it is a fool

Last tip about the swimming pool being ready shortly . Well , its been over 3 months since then !!!

For all who cares know dt swimming pool will only open at 01/01/2014 never earlier as per the administration.

Is there female section , if yes is there swimming classes ? Plz answer guys :)

Challenge day 

The gym is Clean & packed with different fitness machines however, the place is too much crowded . No music on. they switch/cancel/start 20 min earlier without prior announcement.

Fayha branch is so dirty and congested. I didn't like it at all!

I have joined the gym for particular classes i liked but unfortunately i couldn't attend those classes because the number never reach to 4 , DAM ROLE FIX IT PLEASE OR I AINT CONTINUE WITH YOU

I wish if they'll enlarge this branch for ladies. We need more space.

صالة الحديد والكارديو أصبحت جدا مزدحمة فعدد الأعضاء فوق قدرة استيعاب النادي . لا يوجد مبرر لتجديد عضويتي هنا ففتنس تايم مزدحم ولكنه على الأقل فروعة متواجدة في كل مكان

يبغالكم تبطلوا تسووا عروض الجم صار فيه تكدس سلبي. ما في مواقف ولا لوكرات فاضية الاجهزه كلها مستخدمه

زححححمممة. اللوكرات دايمًا مليانة ماتلاقي لوكر فاضي ونفس الشي التريدميل اقعد استنى الين وحدة تخلص :/

صيانة لمدة أيام قليله ويفتح ان شاء الله
