The larger of the two domestic United Clubs, there is usually plenty of space to grab a seat (preferably by the window). Lots of good snacks , coffee , and a make-your-own soda machine .
Man, these folks are picky. This is a great club. One of the nicest I've seen. Lots of semi private work spaces at the back. Great drinks. Snacks are fine too.
If you are looking for a meal - try the food court . It is great for a quiet , clean and well appointed waiting area. Bathrooms are a huge improvement over regular public ones. Welcome.
The mysterious brown things in the dispenser are chocolate covered raisins . Try the free Financial Times, but beware the crossword.
Good decoration, plenty of room for passengers, friendly staff , clean restrooms .
One if the better lounges in the US. Still a far cry from lounges overseas: http://boardingarea.com/unroadwarrior/2014/02/02/lounge-review-united-lounge-tokyo-narita-airport/
To counter other tips, I've had great service whenever I've been here. My trick: sit at the bar .
It's on the right side, behind sliding glass doors, as you step off the Travel-ator after passing thru the TSA Check Point. For Premiers... it a long walk from the 80's gates to the Travel-ator.
Walk all the way to back instead of finding a place to relax in the front areas as the back area is much quieter .
They do not offer free alcohol . Good printing possibilities. Quiet . Some snacks and sodas for free.
Although amenities were scarce (four packaged items), Club was clean and very comfortable .
One of the most spacious United Clubs out there. Take advantage to find a nook all by yourself!
Food options are in sync with all other United Clubs, physical space is beautiful & all beer is free. The nicest domestic United Club I've seen.
Sit with your back to the bar and look out the huge windows at the aircraft moving around the field ! Even better with the Live ATC app running! https://market .android.com/details?id=net.liveatc.liveat
...call 1-866-825-3016 to reserve conference room ! They have 3 conference rooms with seating for 4, 6 and 10. Read more
Forgot how nice this club is. Never regretted spending the money once I'm inside, if I end up with an hour or more to kill. You get two free passes if you sign up with the Mileage Plus Visa.
House wine free and drinkable. Premium wines much higher quality but not free. If you have a united branded credit card, there is often a discount .
I feel it's a flagship Club. Very well themed. Not as fancy as the newer ones but a classic.
Awkwardly listen to iBankers try to live out an "Up In The Air" fantasy by picking up traveling business women with "we should get lunch next time you're in town ", then handing business card.
Now offering free wifi and alcoholic beverages (more than just Bud on tap when I was there). Food options are definitely limited. Space is better than I expected from reading other reviewers tips.
Place is nice but it's often packed... If you want to find 2 spots one next to the other, good luck! Food options are very limited (that's true outside of the lounge too).
Great way to enjoy a layover. For non-members, the $50 price tag is a little steep unless you are there for at least a few hours.
Pre-check is at the security at the far left towards the international gates, but they close at 6 PM.
Large club with nice bar and runway views
Bring back the mint tea and hot chocolate , don't think we don't notice you cutting back as you raise the price!
You'll need to supply your own positivity & happiness as it doesn't radiate from what few UAL personnel there is available. Perhaps there's an upgrade charge for cheerfulness like there is for bags?
They have now added Prosecco to the complementary wine .
Boudin...The Mecca of SF Sourdough ! Buy two of anything because you're sure to polish one off on the plane ride home.
Voted “Saddest sports bar in the world” six years running!
Absolutely freezing and no accommodation possible. Bring a jacket . Food is pretty good and people are nice.
Bland: from food and drink to furniture and facilities, this lounge has all the ambience of a poorly-funded library . Saving grace? Plentiful power at each seat for a pre-flight charge. Eat elsewhere.
Don't pay for access if not included in your ticket. "food" is snack junk food like cookies . WiFi is impossible slow. I'm not a happy MP member at the moment.
Find a place to relax in the back area past the bar as it is much quieter ""
I don't understand why grown adults are not using the tongues ... I had the roasted red pepper and gouda soup .
If you are premier, make sure you use the premier security line to the left of the premier counter. Way faster.
Use the Club in the International Terminal for early morning flights, the line is much smaller
The quiet room at the very back is quite splendid if you have a long wait .
If Cho is your bartender you win!
The gorgeous rotunda is something that can be easily overlooked when one walks in.
Thumbs-up to Milano cookies ! Standard, I know, but this classic cookie doesn't go out of style :)
Chow is the best.
Seriously NOT world class lounge . Coffee & free wifi - that's it. Get your drinks onboard the plane . :-)
Be sure to arrive early. The line system between the UAL Economy check-in and TSA Security is a long, tight situation!!
In the United Club a glass of Veuve is only $12. That's the best deal going!
Very nice place, with complimentary snacks and drinks. Also a bar .
Can't compare with other star alliance airlines ' lounge at all- like Singapore airline or Asiana airline .
You have to go to Harmony right next door some really great stuff great for last minute gifts or even necessities for a flight
Stuff your pockets and carry-on with food. They're not giving you anything from the bar , after all.
Club "open" until 11:30, but all food/bar gone at 10:45. Thanks, United.
If ur domestic first class they wont let u in unless u pay 60bux
