Make an appointment ! Some 65 people in store...walked in with a fried Apple TV , walked out with a new one in less than 15 minutes.....

It doesn't matter who helps you in this store, they all have outstanding knowledge and customer service skills. But Chuck is the best.

I went into the apple store spoke to a lady bout getting my headphones replace she was so nice that she gave me s pair of headphones for free.

Great service, aside from the long wait times and some rude team members. However, they do get the job done...

Very abrupt and stood in line in the middle of the store

They had no appointments until Monday and Saturday. The recommendation given Was to set up an appointment online... Which is not convenient when you live over an hour away.

Make sure to go online and setup appointment for best service.

I like to go in and ask if they have any oranges . We have a good long laugh then they ask me to leave

Apple stores make me sick. Really. But I love my iPad! But always an android lover. :p

Not a fan. I wanted to purchase Apple Care. First rep said I couldn't. Second said I could but I needed my laptop. Brought in laptop only to discover I didn't need it since I had my receipt. Annoying!

I love Apple products, but Apple Stores make me want to bang my head against the wall. Avoid at all costs, buy online.

Have a lot of people on the floorbut most of them are standing around talking to each other :( not great customer service.

If you don't have an appointment and have a technical question the sales people won't even try to help you and will try to schedule an appointment for another day. Poor service

Get the Verizon mifi for reliable internet service

Do NOT get the Verizon mifi . Overage charges are outrageous! And no one at the Verizon Store knew how to set it up on a mac.
