This is pretty much the store that I work at, great customers I try to remember faces. It's not a 24 hr store but it might be in the near future.
Best Duane Reade on the UES. Really wide aisles for the city--so spacious !
The first set of doors(on corner of 76th and 1st) are often locked - just walk down to the next set.
Try on the sunglasses!
Allow extra time at the pharmacy- they're super slow!
This Duane reade could be the worst pharmacy ever. Not are they super slow but they are so dumb it's amazing how these people got jobs there.
It ain't open 24 hrs which sucks.

No matter what time of day or year...always crowded. On Thanksgiving morning at 9am- every seta was full. It's my closest Starbucks though, so I love it. - Emily Ryan
