Proceed at the General Information/Forms table for getting forms regarding your application. You should also come early to prevent long lines. It took me 2hrs to file my application on SS i.d.

ID capture is available here, no need to go to the main branch. They make waiting for your turn comfortable. Madaming tao pero its a government office, whats new?

Make a schedule online (sss.gov.ph). It would make your transaction a whole lot easier.

Get a number, but don't rely on it. You will still be attended to based on your queue order.

Their bundy clock is late by 10 minutes. Don't expect to be served before then. Guards are friendly though, except for this one dude who's at the main door.

system is unorganized. make sure to ask the very nice guard for instructions so you'll not wait in the wrong line

Oldies should be transfered to back-office. Sense of urgency is very rare in PH Government offices.

The guard at the main door told me there is a cut-off and they are not accepting transactions after 3pm because of the long queue. That's terrible so I argued. I won over!

expect a 15-30 minute queueing time. but service level is good.
