Definitely bring headphones or earplugs if there is any question as to if you'll be hospitalized here. There are many noises going on throughout the night. Headphones or earplugs work wonders.

Was not pleased with my unexpected hospital stay. I highly doubt I'll ever go there again. I'll also add that only 2 nurses (Debbie and Fani) were amazing out of the over 20 that I had.

If you can get treated somewhere else, I would highly recommend doing so. They seem to have trouble complying with basic accommodation requests.

Clean , modern & efficient hospital . Medical staff are great too!

They have TVs , but it costs $12 a day I believe, so I suggest bringing a laptop so you can watch your own showsand movies

To call a cab, go to the parking ticket machines in the lobby & turn left, around the corner are phones, one of them is for taxis (actually to a car service) - it's $72 o/w to Prudential Center.

Do yourself a favor, show up 20-30 minutes after your appointment. Or bring your lunch and some headphones . I have never been called in on time. Ever.

Been here a few times and have never had a wait longer than 15 minutes - but never been to ER.

If you are there for Urology make sure you see Dr Libertino

7/19/11: new check in process in place. Irritating at best.

For those with lactose issues, they only offer lactaid milk . No soy/almond/rice/etc. Bummer.

If you are staying at the mariottt their shuttle will take you.

Front desk sucks. They wouldn't bother to try another doctor in a different location for this elderly in her 90's that needed immediate attention on her swollen cheek. The earliest app. Was in January

Newspapers are not located in the lobby gift shop , there are vending boxes near the cafeteria .

The nurses are cute .
