I've just finished my bowl. Oh man chipotle is my best mexican restaurant in the world .

I waited in line for a hour, the workers were trying there best but looked over whelmed, very friendly staff , very good food, very nice 0lace. Thank you

This Chipotle is always busy, but I give the workers credit. They are always polite, despite the busy lunch rush.

This location really needs to get their act together to better serve us the customer. every time I am there, EVERY TIME there is a line to the back of the restaurant . 

Food is fantastic. Just prepare to spend an hour in line waiting for it.

The line is always too long at this location, it's better to call in your order than to go in and pick it up..saving yourself about 15 min

What's not happy with the service at all. The entire second shift staff needs to be fires that worked today!!

I no longer will travel to this Chipotle. You order online, & it's never ready on time. The workers roll their eyes & have attitude. The food is cold. You request double meat & never get it.

Always has a huge line and none of the employees seem to be in any hurry to serve their customers. B+ location, F- on service.

Don't bother ordering online- by the time you get there it won't be ready because even if they have a 3 pg order set for pickup at the same time as you, it will be made before yours. Bad management

Come early for lunch to avoid the Key Bank crowd and the lines

Slow but good food. They are also a little rude if you don't know exactly what you want.

No matter which location they all give me tummy trouble.

Pretty much the worst chipotle I've been to. I (along w/about 6 others behind me) Didn't mean to inconvenience y'all by coming in after 8:00...

Do not get the brown rice . I usually prefer brown rice but they don't cook it properly.

This place is always out of brown rice ...huh!!!!!

Line is terrible hasn't changed in years.

Not bad considering how slammed they were, but the staff was super unpleasant.
