The seats are the best! This is my favorite theatre hands down, my only wish is that they played better movies sometimes. Selection can be limited. Also get your tickets early! Reserved seating!

Extra friendly guy at the door this morning. They are a friendly staff here. Still very clean and comfortable reclining seats. Not cramped due to reserved seating. My favorite theater.

It seems that most theaters will have a small divider between odd and even seats that can be raised if you're there with your significant other, so be sure to buy seats with odd as the lower number.

Almost impossible to walk up to ticket booth and pick up tickets for more than two people at movie time. Get your tickets in advance if you are going with a group of three or more.

Want a different experience in a movie theater ? Come here and relax on a reclining sofa instead of those uncomfortable chairs you find everywhere! Just wish people wouldn't break the armrests..

Nice crowd but I alway pay 4.50 for a vitamin water??? trying buying 2 at a time smh. But it's a great place overall and the pepperoni pizza is actually not bad at all.

Reserved and cushioned reclining chair is the best way to enjoy and get thrilled with your movie ! Removable arm rest too which allows you to cuddle with friends or with your signigicant other.

I recently purchased 3 tickets on fandango , if you dont then its really hard to get a seat. We got to the theater and our seats had been taken by some kids, we asked them to move but they played dumb.

This is an assigned seating theater. That means the seat printed on your ticket is the seat that you sit in. Shouldn't be too hard to figure that out. If you can't comprehend it then you don't belong.

Come late nights .. And no one to deal with. Order tixs ahead of time and pick your own seats :)

Reclining seats and reserved seating are a big plus for a NYC theatre. Theater #5 is small so good seats go fast.

Get there early!! Way before show time if u have to buy tickets. Movies are always sold out. And sure to assigned seeing sometimes separate

The seats, the movie munchies and the staff are all just a cut above the rest in the borough. For something better you'd have to leave the city .

I've gone here before and I really like the reclinable seats. they make you feel as if ur not in a theater almost.

I say the concession stand is the place to buy snack and speaking of place I brought a Large Popcorn and a Large drinks for $13.75

Tickets are pricey . Seats are comfy . Lots of choices if you want to order food from concession stand.

The seating is awesome. I want the soda machine in my house! It sucks that the only concession stand and bathroom are on the lower level.

You pick assigned seating beforehand, recliners, and a choose your own flavor soda dispenser. Now if only it wasn't in Queens, the place would not be such a huge mess all the time.

Best theatre I've been to in a while, even though it looks like they are renovating. Still like it here.

Great seats but The people who work here are kinda dumb. I have a popcorn voucher which is $6 but I want a soda which is $5 and they won't exchange it -_-
