Apple Florida Mall

Go to the windows store. The surface pro 4 is way better than the iPad pro. Apple lied when they say the iPad pro can run any desktop versions of software. Unless it's adobe software it's 50/50.

There are so many sales guys inside w/ their iPads and blue t-shirts bearing the famous Apple logo that you might think actually it's an Apple camp for geeks folks. Customer service at its best! WOW!

It is pretty much like all others mall Apple stores but with an additional section callef "express sale" with a table filled with most sold products, one line and it helps a lot to sell products.

I frequently buy products at Apple Store all around the world. The person who helped me at this store made it too bad, it was like he didnt like to be there.

big lines at opening but they come out and triage everyone, sending the big problems in and fixing the small one outside the store

Go early in the morning use apple 1-on-1 try 2 make an appointment you'll get better service. The tourist (brazilians) ate extremely rude and have no manners. Don't b afraid 2 put them in their place

Honestly, TERRIBLE Customer Service at this location. I bought a new iphone back at this store and needed help putting it on... I was told, "Nope, go have someone else do it". Literally. Whaaat?!?
