I love ice ring in the middle of Beaver Creek ! Necessarily have to eat pasta in the Toscanini restaurant , and get time to Denver airport on my favorite comfort cab InterMountain Express

Back before Britney Spears shaved her head, she was a teen pop star who stayed at this resort and skied in a hot pink jump suit. My family was there at the same time. This resort is beautiful.

Wow, on one of the busiest days of the season I ended up parking at the Rodeo grounds, and still didn't encounter any lines at Grouse Mountain . Vail Resort 's best kept secret on busy days...

3:30 champagne toast at BC Chophouse every day, and the Happy Hour sample plate is da bomb (meatballs , sausage , and pretzel !).
Beaver Creek offers all the perks of Vail without all of the people. With 149 total runs and a 4,140ft vertical drop, Beaver Creeks has twice played host to the World Ski Championships (1989 & 1999).
Ski school for kids is outstanding and don't miss the warm chocolate chip cookies at the base of the mountain at 3pm.

Use Nova for whitewater rafting , paintball , ATVs, fishing . We were with them all weekend...fantastic time. Very knowledgable and trust worthy guides. We've used them 2 years in a row now.
Lunch be expensive , but there are great deals at Arrowhead base and cheap places in village like Coyote cafe .

Tree skiing is good. Also if you're an expert go to the skier's right of the mountain for the more challenging stuff.

There are no signposts to help you find parking lots , and the people on the main gate have no clue to where anything is.
