Splendid decor, delectable Cantonese cuisine , including dim sum . Pretty inexpensive by US 5-star standard. Utterly convenient for us staying at the MO.

新聘香港福臨門與深圳四季酒店的粵菜主廚，是真正講究滋味（而非鮑魚龍蝦魚翅）的好餐廳。推薦脆皮雞、焗釀鮮蟹蓋、蝦籽爆關東遼蔘、蜜汁叉燒、鮮蝦雲吞，雅閣炒飯。記得要一碟XO醬，搭配雲吞或是炒飯都是絕配。今天偷懶交給經理搭配的菜色略為遜色，推薦的都是近日媒體報導的菜餚，但不見得是真正令饕家驚豔的得意之作。
