After ordering and paying you will get a ticket which you need to exhange for the meal when is your number called.

Don't drink those sugary drinks. Spend that money on food instead. My fav combo is grander/qurrito + b-smart with strips.

The toilet is 10 CZK. But... If you pull back the barrier, you can simply slide in. After paying a full price for a meal, no one charges me for a pee.

Bad service ever had! The lady at the counter doesnt have a service mind in which kfc should focus more on evaluating their staffs ' performance .

Nejlepsi a mejuzasnejsi obsluha zapomnela jsem penezenku vratila se po 20 minach vratili mi ji I s celym obsahem coz byli vic jak 6 000 kc a 450e a ani si nevzali nalezne !!!! ♡♡♡♡♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Ve večerních hodinách, když jsou @ Lucerna maturitní večírky, zvýšený výskyt slepic, a to nejen v jídle... * občas Vám to zkazí i chuť...

Jídlo se vydává na vyvolávací systém, škoda že je to pomalejší než normálně #palecdolu

Longer s majonézou místo kečupu je prostě výborná rychlovka, když nestíháte. :)

Dneska trosku pomalejsi obsluha, ale jinak je to tu nejlepsi ;)

Do KFC chodím už výjimečně, kde jsou ty časy, kdy dávali poctivé porce!

Od stredy do soboty non-stop provoz. Hodi se zvlast v sobotu rano.
