Waiting for kids who are at the Mayday Parade Concert in Joliet. A little coffee and FB time. Missing my beloved on a Friday night, though.
Every time I go, the drive thru is always busy...other than that the service is usually pretty good.

Plan for a 20 minute wait if you're going to be using the drive thru . This location is consistently the slowest Starbucks on earth.
Based on the other tips, I was surprised because the staff was actually pretty rude.
The Americano is all you need.
