The staff is very friendly . They do run out of items, but they Are constantly slammed. Groton never as busy and has more seating. Souffles are yum! Best coffee and iced tea around!
A better location of Panera. Bigger scones for one. Good staff . Marked it down for when I'm back in that area.
The lobster roll is so huge I have to eat it with a fork and knife! Expensive, but they don't skimp!

Gets very busy during lunch rush. There might not be a place to sit.
Try the napa almond chicken salad sandwich with a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup . Delicious!!! It's my favorite.
I love their tomato soup , best I've ever had. Never had a problem with them being out of it either!
Baguettes and sourdoughs are very good.

Employees at the register are not so good. Got told that they can NOT make PB&J with the you-pick-2 combo, even though it's what I get every time... Told me they'd do it, got grilled cheese instead...
I live the black bean soup and they have never been out of it when I've wanted to order it

This location has a knack for always being "out" of what you order. Probably 2/3 of my visits involve getting something other than I originally wanted.
Some of the clerks always seem unhappy. Learn to smile and leave your personal drama home.

A guy that works here and cleans up plates and wipes tables does magic tricks! Great fun and really nice guy.
