Although its a great area and close to literally everything, DONT BUY!!! it's a financial burden and trap! Plus the service has plummeted over the past few years.

Really great resort . Free WiFi at restaurant and reception which is helpful. Can't comment on the golf course because I'm no golfer but it looked big and well maintained. Rooms were beautiful.

An awesome resort for a great price. just far enough off the main 192 strip that it really has a private resort feel to it. Rooms are spacious and employees were friendly . Golf course was great too!

Love this place! Great family atmosphere with tons of activities for the whole family. My kids really loved the activities by the lagoon. Really friendly staff ! I'm very pleased!

Nice complex but dated rooms. Don't think the mattresses have been changed since it was built. Beware of 'concierge ' selling time share and pushing it hard. Nice Dunes Lagoon pool and evening activit

Join DJ Cabana Boy @ Dunes Lagoon Saturdays/Sundays from 12-2pm for the Dunes Lagoon Pool Bash! Great mix of music (something 4 everyone) and pool games for kids/adults. Drink specials and prizes!

High pressure time share but the rooms are beautiful and well kept. Requires deposit and resort fee. Pools are great.

Fantastic service and a great location but be aware that the GPS will guide you to the back entrance which is now closed with instructions on how to get back to the main gate.

Love the 1 BR Deluxe villa . Newly renovated. Great service at VIP desk. Try Kenzie's for a meal or happy hour specials .

Yes, speed bumps , but so what? You have to drive slow in a resort with fsmilies? Too bad. Theyre upgrading as they were bought out about 1.5 yrs ago, wifi is coming. Rooms are awesome, staffs great.

Great golf course onsite, 5 minute shuttle there by golf cart, starters and restaurant staff are awesome, great happy hour food and beverage 4-7pm

Great place and nice stay! Very friendly staff although many speak little English. The kitchens are very poorly stocked. Altogether, a nice place and wonderful experience!

You'll definitely need a car if you want to survive your stay here. Even the walk to the theme park shuttle is pedestrian-unfriendly.

Wifi installed now throughout the resort 's 600 acres, working fine for me. Its free during this introduction period; bonus!

Was lovely and walkable. However there is exactly one shuttle to Universal and one back which wasn’t told to us ahead of time and meant we spent extra money. Too far and too few shuttles for the cost.

Gorgeous place to stay. Jacuzzi tub is lovely. Lack of wifi is extremely disappointing though. Internet hookup only available in the kitchen. Long way from Universal Studios if that's your destination

Used to be great for owners not so much anymore. They are more worried about selling club memberships than taking care who have owned for 10 plus years

Our room in building 17 has free wifi . You just have to type in your name and cell phone number each time & it's pretty fast

Wifi at club, pool area only, wired in the room and only at the kitchen counter. Plus they want you to pay for it. However if you take the tour they will waive the 9.95 daily fee.

Nice place, beautiful property, but no free WiFi . Had to actually dust off the ethernet cable to get connection on the laptop in the room.

They just got wifi and its terrible. It constantly cuts you out especially if you are using Skype or Oovoo.
