Holiday Inn Express & Suites

When I arrived they were working on the water heating system. They had it up and running the same night. The walls are a little thin. The breakfast is just "okay". The staff is friendly and helpful.

Room 219, prior tip says AC is loud ...it's not that bad. But the beds are not as comfy as prev HIs I've stayed in recently (cookeville, tn and van buren, ar). Applebee's walking dist open till 2am!

I have been here for 17 days and I have been very pleased. The breakfast does get old after awhile, but for a couple of days its great.

The free cookies (from 5-8pm) in the lobby are delish! I recommend them after a long drive/flight/whatever into the duke city .

Tanya who runs the breakfast room is super nice and incredibly friendly .

Internet is free but goes in and out too frequently to be useful.

Very, Very Loud AC systems in the rooms and no air-flow in the lobby. I haven't slept well here for 2 weeks in a row, and I bought microwave breakfasts for this week.

Don't eat the 'cooked' free breakfast ; don't stay in 205 LOUD pipes in the walls all night; don't stay in 219 LOUD hotel A/C unit on roof will vibrate the whole room; too much bad to list here
