Michelle Prather was amazing at the front desk. Restaurants are close, the rooms are phenomenal, and the beds? Amazing! I didn't notice any noise, so the walls can't be too thin. A+!
Michelle was absolutely awesome. Threw some customer service curve balls at her and she clobbered them. One of the best customer relationship experts I've seen. Genuine, friendly and caring.
