I am sad to say we had a horrible experiance today...almost no waiters did not get my appetizers , order was wrong, waitres left us and we were without service for a good 40 min

First time I came here it was a great experience. This time we waited2 hours for a table, 30 minutes for beers , my food never got ordered and even to pay out took 45 min. Wtf?!

OVER 3 HOURS LATER AND WE NEVER GOT SAT. they tried to blame us for "probably" giving them the wrong number when double checked at the beginning. They didn't have any records going back 3 hrs back!
