Small plates on weekends during the day, and evenings during the week. Portion sizes are generous for a "small plate " spot. Great service, but cheese selection is more limited than similar places.

American Cheese has moved to 189 Railroad Avenue Sayville. We now serve craft beer and wine . Cheese plates , meats daily and small plates available Thursday through Saturday from 5 till 930.

Best grilled cheese and tomato sandwich ever. So worth coming out in a hurricane for. I'll be looking fwd for the next time they do them.. completely awesome!!!
